Today pattern pattern a bit. Seeing all my fellow workout buddy @huangqiming and @gojojojojogoh , and other challengers’ interesting video with canggih editing skills, I too wanna make my video slightly more interesting. (This video inspired by Qiming’s)
So I wanted to play with a bit of styling (the sweat suit look) hence, I decided to wear my new outfit. Just didn’t expect it to be soooooooooooooooooooooooo 🥵 HOT!!!! It’s wool inside. Before starting the burpees I was already burning 🔥!!!!!!!!!! (Ps: in an aircon room)
50 burpees in this sweat suit is no joke 🥴 How did those people do it? Wearing sweatsuit to workout!?!?! Or maybe mine is thicker..... anyway..... I did it and I sweat like crazy today.
Tomorrow resume to my sports bra and shorts!
How is everyone doing? I have received some messages from challengers in their first week, they experience great muscle soreness on their arms and shoulders mostly. Yes, for full burpees that’s the first part you will feel sore. Only some feel sore on their core. Try to engage more of your core. Remember engaging core doesn’t mean suck in your tummy. It means tighten your tummy, back and for me butt too. Do not hold your breath ya.... breathing actually helps you to engage core even tighter. 💡
